Hi, I'm Clare Elizabeth Dea
A self-help junkie turned international performance artist, speaker, facilitator, and author — transforming my imperfections into art, laughter, and inspiration.

Fuckup Nights is a global movement active in over 80 countries and 250+ cities. Each event is about ditching the highlight reel — where entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and artists share their biggest flops and the gold they found in their failures.

No stranger to turning pain into power and fuckups into fabulous, I’ve been an entrepreneur since the age of 16 — running businesses that bring creative communities together has been one of my greatest joys.

💥 One of my biggest personal challenges was being born with Poland Syndrome and only one breast developed. For years, I hid in shame. But let’s just say… after plenty of therapy and stage time, my now fabulous boobies have received many standing ovations. They’ve totally claimed the limelight. 💃

I’ve performed around the world, toured my one-woman shows across Australia, and now, more than ever, I’m passionate about helping others love their imperfections and own their authentic voice through my keynotes and events.
